Tmp126-q1 is a high-precision (0.3 ° C) digital temperature sensor that supports an ambient temperature range of -55 ° C to 175 ° C. Tmp126-q1 has a 14 bit (signed) temperature resolution (0.03125 ° c/lsb) and can operate in the power supply voltage range of 1.62V to 5.5V. Tmp126-q1 has the characteristics of fast conversion rate, low power supply current and simple 3-wire SPI compatible interface. It is suitable for various applications.
To improve reliability in harsh environments, tmp126-q1 also has other advanced features, such as improving data integrity through optional CRC checksum; Programmable alarm limits; Temperature swing rate warning and improved operating temperature range. To ensure accuracy, the device adopts NIST traceable factory scale and small sot package, which can be placed close to the heat source and has fast response time.
