explain:
Tx7516 is a highly integrated, high-performance transmitter solution for ultrasonic imaging systems. The device has 16 pulse generator circuits, 16 transmit / receive switches (called t/r or tr switches) and supports on-chip and off chip beam formers (txbf). The device also integrates an on-chip floating power supply, which can reduce the number of high-voltage power supplies required.
The tx7516 has a pulse generator circuit that can generate five levels of high-voltage pulses (up to ± 100V), which are used to excite multiple channels of the ultrasonic sensor. The device supports a total of 16 outputs. The maximum output current is 2A.
The device can be used as a transmitter solution for many applications, such as ultrasonic imaging, nondestructive testing, sonar, lidar, ocean navigation system, brain imaging system, etc.
